For me there is
1. Uchiha Madara Edo Tensei ( Rinnegan + Hashiramas DNA )
2. Uchiha Obito (Tobi) With Rinnegan and Mangekyou Sharingan
3. Uzumaki Naruto (With Nine Tails Chakra Mode Mastered)
4. Senju Hashirama (Normal Stage)
5. Namikaze Minato 4th Hokage
6. Uchiha Itachi ( Mangekyou Sharingan )
7. Orochimaru ( With all his powers , Dragon Sage Mode mastered + all his knowledge + All his forbidden Jutsu )
8. Yakushi Kabuto ( With his Dragon Sage Mode + His Edo Tensei )
9. Uchiha Sasuke ( With Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan + Susano'o Mastered)
10. Uzumaki Nagato ( With his Rinnegan + His 6 Pains )

when the characters in the series hype say he is one of the strongest i will not listen to the people who obviously are not characters in naruto so do not say hype because the people who hype him up are the characters them selves who you cannot argue with as for my list. its a list of so far the most powerful because we all kno naruto will be the most powerful at the end so i wont add him or sasuke they dont count in this group(shame on everyone who put kabuto especially since he got everything from orochimaru and he no longer has those abilities

This group is based on what i have seen and heard from the characters as for madara he bought a freakin meteor from space for god sake and that is the exact reason why hashirama is the top pick he beat the guy he has orchistrated everything thats going on while he was dead madara beat 5kage and made it look effortless ripped tsunade apart and still says hashirama could beat him which is why he has to be on the top of the list
