hey guys well to be honest here's my current list
1). Naruto (obviously)

2).Madara (not tobi)

3). Nagato (not pein)

4). Obito (tobi)

5). Hidan (immortality wise)

6). Kakuzu ( Earth Grudge Fear)

7). Sauske (EMS)

8). Kakashi (sharingan)

9). Gai (gates)

10).Orochimaru

1:rofl no,Naruto is not above Juubi Jin Madara.

2:Madara Should be first.

3:Nagato should not be that high.

4:Juubi Jin obito should be second

5:Hidan isn't even top 20,he's not even close to top ten.

6:Kakuzu shouldn't even be top ten,more like top 20-25

7:Sasuke should be higher.

8:Kakashi's more like top 15

9:Gai in 8 gates is top 5,but 7 gates Gai is top 15.

10:Fair enough,Orochimaru is close top 10,but I would have Tobirama and Itachi in top ten before him.

Anyway,here's my top 10: (no Edos)

i would take hidan, kakuzu, orochimaru, gai and kakashi for hashirama, minato, itachi, gaara, and third raikage. I would put kakashi and gai in top 15
