Top Ten List Rules?

Lately many people have been de-ranking Kabuto because they sealed his Edos so he doesnt have them anymore. So my response to that is "Then why include Minato, Itachi, Hashirama, Muu, 3rd raikage, Prime Hiruzen- Just some examples" last time I check their all dead. Just because that happened they cant be on the list anymore? My answer is No. Instead I think when you ever make a Top Ten list specify if its "Top Ten Ninjas Ever" or "Current top ten ninjas". If anything put prime right before the characters name to fully specify the point in time your talking about that character.
Just some helpful advice to those who plan/continue to make Top Ten threads that way you dont get people like "Oh Kabuto doesnt have his Edos anymore so drop him out" or "Minato's dead so he cant be on the list" and believe me I have seen responses like that.

Edo Madara doesn't count because, of course, he is Edo.

Yes but some people dont seem to think that way and people to be specific to fully comprehend.
And Edo Madara is debatable for him to be on a top ten list like you said he an EDO.

He's a product of Kabuto's jutsu, meaning Kabuto is/and should always be number 1.

EMS Madara is the only Madara that should be on any list.

Plus Edo Madara has Mokuton.
