Deva, sure but Asura? It gets blitzed like happened by Naruto in canon and his missiles get outran by Chouji of people, all these characters with above 3,5 speed and defenses like kaiten, Katsuyu, Byakugo and lightning armor are not getting threatened by Asura.
Deva's village sized ST get tanked by Katsuyu whch happens to be in Tsunade's arsenal.

] so these people who are physically stronger than him can still make a move to apply offense on paths.

And it is not like Pain can spam his boss moves. 5 seconds of interval gets countered by this amount of ninja, Naraka, Preta and Human (soul ripping is useless with intel) has no offense, Asura gets crushed like it was in canon, Animal's summons get evaded and the body gets demolished, what is left from them?

pretty sure huge animals were killing ninjas in konoha when pain arrived,and i am pretty sure when there are like twelve and above dogs and the fact that they all have shared vision means they eventually get hits.

Asura got hit only because naruto ambushed it from above,it was able to rip off jiraiya's arm in sage mode with a single hit. Choji managed to avoid a single missile from a seriously damaged asura,kakashi and sm jiraiya were kept on their heels when it was fully functioning,and it has its chakra canon,whose aoe is like several city blocks,making dodging useless.
Asura path is not getting blitzed when it stays with the other paths.

Kisame wasnt burning before he dropped,and this dog is easiky bijuu sized,little fireballs arent igniting it. Byakugou is useless to missiles,her body will be everywhere if hit.

The dog took an frs which damages the chakea network to the point where it cant be healed,and shrugged it off,polus you dont know if it would have killed him,orochimaru has taken much worse,just because she intended to kill him dosent mean it would have worked. Gentle fist damages the insides,it will just make the dog multiply

Deva took it quite easy with kakashi,je used low class STs too,when he pulled sm naruto and fukaksu they couldnt move an inch
also while they are getting pukled the dogs could attack from behinf,missiles would be lunched,chakra rods hurled etc. They get killed.

They are not evading the dog,evading mchakra canons,reacting to deva all at once with just taijutsu,not to mention they cant keep going on forever.

and there's no way the dog's multiplying after its chakra point are hit since it would be disrupted. When its organs are affected, it's game over.

Banso tenin on Naruto was a different story. Fukusaku was thrown towards Naruto despite him wanting to punch Deva

. He was taken by surprise from a very close range when he caught Fukusaku and then he pretty much couldn't do anything about it

. Kakashi resisted it so there's no big deal there. He was able to physically move and throw a chain while the technique was being used on him

I wonder what Asura's attack would be doing here when it can easily be evaded by anyone here. He would always have to prepare before he can attack giving them time to evade the attack

That's why Choji could act before it could hit him and Susanoo could prevent that as well.

Asides that, I don't see the big the deal when fukusaku who wasn't known for his speed evaded his attack
