Tobirama is better Kisame has only used one A rank water jutsu in the entire series

kisame created a massive lake, made a jutsu that absorbs nearly any other, and his water shark missiles are deadly. also water prison is a one hit KO. his versatility and power is on a whole other level.

Tobirama was never said to be the best ever Suiton user. He was just noted for using a high level water release were there was no water, and by fodder anbu of all people. Fodder used that very same so called high level water technique as well. Using water techniques were there was no source stopped being special when fodder did it, and Tobirama is clearly outclassed by the guy who spit out a giant lake.

Mei is first and then Kisame, and Suigetsu would be a close third given his ability to liquify his entire body. Tobirama's little squirt gun feat is laughable before the two I mentioned. Come back to me when he produces anything any where near Mei's counter of Madara's massive, nearly half-a-kilometer Katon attack and Kisame massive Aquatic shock-wave against Team Gai. These two were done without the water source.

Tobirama's feat is so funny to even compare that I won't do it. Lol

plz tell me at what point in this war has it been important for Tobirama to use ''Mei level'' suiton.. He's a freaking Hokage ffs and Senju for that matter, common sense would tell you he'd be able to at least do that. But no, I don't expect common sense from NB esp not from Sasuke cocksuckers
