Top Shinobi

Alright, so I made a list of the top 45 shinobi in the Narutoverse all formed around my opinion. Key word: opinion. Which means no need for flame as this is just for discussion. I was trying to see where I would place a certain character in my list and didn't want to stop at an odd number so 45 it was.


While making this list, I did keep a few things in mind:
-I considered every character at what I felt was their best fighting form in the time that we have seen them in the manga.
-No summoning jutsu was included, including Edo Tensei
-8th Gate Gai was not included because I didn't feel like dealing with the controversy of him technically winning the battle (this can be argued for days). I'd probably put him under current Naruto and Sasuke though.
-The Sage and his direct family were not included (Kaguya, Hagaramo's brother, Ashura, & Indra)

So what do you think, does it suck? Not half bad? Needs drastic changes or is it actually kinda good? I tried to be as unbiased as I could while making this list but I want your opinion cause I'm gonna keep this list on hand instead of having to think of a new list all the time. If I want to imagine where I can place a character, I'll just refer to this list. So please, tell me your thoughts :yeah: And let me know if you think I forgot anyone!

Stomps? How does SM Jman counter Amaterasu or fight Itachi without being able to see him in order to counter Tsukuyomi? J-man has shown no speed feat to counter Amaterasu or a sensing feat to know when chakra is building up. Lastly, Itachi is pretty smart in battle. With his chakra control, he puts up a hell of fight even without MS.

Amaterasu has no speed feats to hit Jman. Plus did you forget how blind itachi was?
Sm allows him to fight itachi with his eyes closed.

Besides, I find Prime Hiruzen threads to be absolutely hilarious so I'm gonna put him as 0 for the hell of it.

I LOVE the fact that you added Prime Hiruzen and Real Hiruzen seperately BUT even IF Hiruzen lives up to hype and knows ALL Konoha Jutsu he still is inferior to Naruto, Madara, Kaguya, Hagoromo, Indra, Ashura, Itachi, Shisui and so on

hmm, I felt 7th Gate Gai wouldn't beat the people mentioned above more than they could beat him.

Amaterasu has no speed feats to hit Jman. Plus did you forget how blind itachi was?
Sm allows him to fight itachi with his eyes closed.

J-man has no feats like the people we have seen dodge Amaterasu, Ei or Hebi Sasuke. Hebi Sasuke only avoided it because his Sharingan can see chakra build up so he knew to start running. We've seen it spawn on sight with Danzo, Bee, Obito and Madara. Jiraiya has no speed feat or sensing feat to counter something that spawns on sight. Jiraiya's SM was never shown to let him fight in the dark like Naruto, J-man has no sensing feats in SM besides his barrier technique which still requires his sight. Regardless of Itachi's sight, he still has better feats and intelligence than Jiraiya has.
