Add Momoshiki+Kinshiki, and this takes 1st spot. The top 4 you mentioned are roughly equal in strength. And if you're really adding Killer Bee, I think adding Kisame is a good idea. Gates Gai is an absolute must. And what about the Steam Release jinchuuriki? And shouldn't SM Jiraiya be somewhere there? SM Hashi doesn't have any strength feats, but he'll be in top 10 definitely above other SM users.

Killer bee opened up Sasuke's chest with a lariat something Sakura isn't capable of doing let alone Tsunade. Plus Killer bee is stronger than Ay and Tsunade is stronger than Ay, they would be equal but Bee didnt use Hachibi when he beat Ay in strength. Juugo has sage mode and those guys are featless. Jiraiya's best feat was blinding one of the pains with a kick. Other than that he got his arm torn off and throat crushed by Asura path.
