ems madara stole his brothers ms in order to attain ems, if obito didn't have senju d.n.a his kamui would be usless because he won't have enough chakra so fail list....

I think he means powers that they are born with, not obtained from an outside force , but occur naturally.

-kabuto doesnt have dsm and edo tensei
-madara doesnt have rinegan and wood release
-sasuke doesnt have ems
-naruto doesnt have kyuubi
-killer bee doesnt have hachibi
and so on

Nagato has Rinnegan been given since he was a kid and that is allowed, but Naruto having Kurama since he was a baby isnt allowed?
Nagato with Rinnegan cant count.
Madara with EMS either. Madara MS can though.
Why cant Kabuto have DSM? Its not something you steal. Its not sure that he isnt able to use it without the stolen powers, but whatever I wont include him.

7-3rd raikage.
8-Itachi MS.

The reason why I put those 3 Uchiha's last, is because they will go blind with their MS(considered removing them from the list, cause their power will essentially, run out after a while, due to blindness) and Obito is high in the top, cause Kamui doesnt seem to cause those effects or at such a low rate at least, that it is hardly noticeable and takes ages.

Personally i feel muu should be above itachi

I also feel kisame should be somewhere on their along with 8 gates gai

If EMS Sasuke is excluded, wouldn't EMS Madara be as well?

if i didnt put nagato because rinnegan was given ill remove nagato and make 2nd mizukage #10

dsm isnt kabuto's power because he only got it because absorbing oro made his body strong enough to handle it

Nagato was given Rinnegan but he's on this list, while Naruto who was given Kyuubi when he was baby..isn't allowed, you should take him off.

Why is MS Madara even on this list when we don't know what his Final Susanoo looked like?

And if MS Sasuke has his Final Susanoo then he is above SM Naruto.

And Obito shouldn't have Rinnegan so Minato is above him, same as Hashirama.

Everyone had their powers given or stolen in some way. The only ones who should be on the list is Hashirama, Minato and Hiruzen.

the thing most people dont seem to understand is, if naruto didnt have the kyuubi, who knows what sort of ninja fighting style he would have developed, more or less powerful we dont know, this is the same for everyone elses 'stolen power'. Maybe he would have started genjutsu, who knows! you cant say that now they are excluded since they stole their power or whatever, everyone gets an upper hand in some way, even sakura was given a stable family home which could have improved her mental state and inner strength. hinata was given a home in the main family, ino shika cho were given the formation from there ancestors passed down for generations, etc
