if you consider orochimaru alive, then how isnt madara. his spirt in his original body and hes immortal just like oro. Both brought back to life by thier students. kabuto yea i guess, but hes taking a nap right now, and oro took his sage powers

Because Orochimaru never died unlike Madara who was killed and his currently using a dead body, if he was alive he could become a jinchuriki, Orochimaru on the other hand was absorbed, sealed and is now released he is no different now then he was when Sasuke fought him

kakashi srtronger than anyone of five kages ,you say tusonade , mizu , rai , gara and unki stronger than kakashi who has kamui which is stronger jutsu in narutovas and no one can counter it, don't take it with names and nicknames ,kakashi>>>>>>>>five kages

I might actually put bee where Kakashi is. Personally i think he bests all of the Kage at this point. Perfect jin with samehada? Cmon. bro. OP.

Too bad that sword doesn't like fire though

Also dont agree with Obito being 4. Who can beat him besides maybe Madara? Naruto def couldn't solo...

I also like ninjas who, have over the years excelled. However my favorites are: Hiruzen, Shodaime, Shisui, Deidara, Naruto, Itachi, Yahiko

Reasons:
Edo Madara- Do i need to explain, dont think so

Naruto- Has control over the nine tails, can enter bijuu form, sage form, as fast if not faster then the 4th hokage, not to mention the insane amount of chaka he has stored

Sasuke- Many will disagree, but just cause we havent seen sasuke use his full power doesnt mean that we cant assume what hes capable of. He now has the Ems, which according to the manga, only one other person had, Madara. Susano (not final form yet but soon), Black flames which cant be put out Amaterasu (flame control, which itachi didnt seem to have down yet.)

Obito- He has the sharigan and the rinnegan and the cells of the 1st, but besides that the reasons hes 4th is because he seems to be having trouble taking on kakashi and naruto. That itself is a pretty hard task considering guy and killer bee was there too. But he hasnt really shown much either.

Kakashi- He was hokage for a brief then tsuande came back (just to die again) has ms sharigan and kamui

why is obito with MS(kami), rinnegan, hasihrama dna weaker than sasuke with ems(which is basically just a MS without blindness)?

The fact that obitio had a hard time against naruto, bee, kahashi and gai is because they aren't push overs. Sasuke I doubt could handle them and manage to stay alive like obito did.
