I find it funny when you put Sasuke below Itachi, stating he lacks chakra when Itachi is the weakest in that regard. This thread blows.

Sasuke is within top 3.

then someone saying hiruzen could use all the techs in the leaf is also a feat

Reasons:
Edo Madara- Do i need to explain, dont think so

Naruto- Has control over the nine tails, can enter bijuu form, sage form, as fast if not faster then the 4th hokage, not to mention the insane amount of chaka he has stored

Sasuke- Many will disagree, but just cause we havent seen sasuke use his full power doesnt mean that we cant assume what hes capable of. He now has the Ems, which according to the manga, only one other person had, Madara. Susano (not final form yet but soon), Black flames which cant be put out Amaterasu (flame control, which itachi didnt seem to have down yet.)

Obito- He has the sharigan and the rinnegan and the cells of the 1st, but besides that the reasons hes 4th is because he seems to be having trouble taking on kakashi and naruto. That itself is a pretty hard task considering guy and killer bee was there too. But he hasnt really shown much either.

Kakashi- He was hokage for a brief then tsuande came back (just to die again) has ms sharigan and kamui

Edo Madara would not intially count by the basis of being alive, he is walking corpse. Itachi had near equal control over Amaterasu as Sasuke came to have, though never combining it with Susano'o to create a barrier of flames, however Itachi had been fully capable of extinguishing the black flames on his own, and considering the very few amount of times we had been offered to view how Itachi utilized the technique in comparison to Sasuke(Camera Hog regardless of him being a main character...), we have little idea of what he had been capable of. In my coming of opinion I would redo this list as:

-discounting Madara since he is not alive

1.Obito
2. Naruto+Kurama
3. Killer Bee+Gyuuki
4. Sasuke or Sasuke+unending amounts of aid and reinforcement he then betrays+Plot-no-jutsu xP, I express this is as fair considering I have it as optional.
5. Kakashi

if you consider orochimaru alive, then how isnt madara. his spirt in his original body and hes immortal just like oro. Both brought back to life by thier students. kabuto yea i guess, but hes taking a nap right now, and oro took his sage powers
