Doesn't it make sense for you to try and prove your claim first as we've seen nothing of that necklace amplifying mokuton without the target wearing it. It was also easily destroyed be 6 tails Naruto so it really isn't that useful.

Where is Kabuto?
I will tell you 5 reasons why he should be added w/o mentioning edo tesnei

1.Kabuto is a fantastic tactician who does not go into battle un-prepared
2.Kabuto is the most difficult character to kill at his peak thanks to Karin/Orochimaru DNA + medical ninjutsu
3.Kabuto was able to achieve SM a feat which Orochimaru could not acomplish
4.Kabuto has one of the most powerful sumons in Narutoverse Manda V2 who tower's over most boss summons
5.Kabuto has a large asonal of ninjutsu thanks to his DNA transplants making him basicly the strongest of the sound villaige put into 1 body

You know I am adding in 2 more reasiosns for the hell of it

6.Kabuto is the perfect Uchiha counter because of his ability to fight blind
7.Kabuto has great avoiding skill's being able to avoid Susanoo arrow with seemingly no difficulty

2: I dont know about that, I think naruto, oro, even danzo with izanagi are more difficult to kill ^^
3: Oro was the one who located the ryuchi cave, he just couldnt use it due to not having a proper body. In my post I include oro with new body, so he can utilize SM

5: I guess its safe to say oro has a larger arsenal

Yes, they're both powerful enough to suppress a tailed beast.

He can replicate them perfectly, yet does he have Hashirama's necklace to amplify his powers? I don't think so.

Furthermore, if Hashirama couldn't do flower power jutsu as well, then how would Tsunade know about the pollen? And I do believe Naruto had BM at this point, yet the manga still states that nobody alive is as powerful as Hashirama:

Well that's because she can see the roots, and there are trees after all, so she can noticed that without even seeing Hashi's jutsu ever, she isn't that dumb to not see the mokuton, but that wasn't the case. It seems Madara can use his power pretty well.
Don't forget the most important thing- he was preparing to become it's host of Juubi. You know what that means? It means that he might know how to oppress Juubi's powers just as Hashi did with the other ones all alone.

Naruto being top 5 is arguable but Sasuke is definitively top 10 just saiyan
