bee should be higher, he is stronger than A. kakashi is too high too his kamui depleats his chakra so if he wastes it on a clone he is screwed.

We haven't really seen what EMS Madara can do, just that his battle against the five Kage as Edo Madara was nothing compared to his battle against Hashirama. I would love to put him as #4, but from what we can tell he's #6.

Kabuto himself isn't #1, we all know this. I'm counting his Edos because they're a part of his arsenal just as Gamabunta is a part of Jiraiya's arsenal.

Up to #10.
I really, REALLY disagree about the Yondaime Raikage being superior to the Sandaime Tsuchikage, and the fact that the Sandaime Raikage isn't here. Where's the Nidaime Mizukage, or the Nidaime Tsuchikage?
Tobirama's never in top 10's. I wish I could put him as #1, though :nindaime:.

#Itachi is definitely the strongest shinobi, he let sasuke kill him to reveal his secrets and to take the mangekou sharingan he was totally innocent
he was very powerful because he had the sharingan,mangekou sharingan

my fave character is NARUTO!!!
1) hes cool and extremely strong
2) he never gives up and tries his best
3) hes optimistic and very funny
4) most of his jutsus are amazing
5) he's a jinchuriki
6) he allied with kurama and helps all of his fiends
7) his father is minato, the 4th hokage
8) he is from one of the most powerful clans
so again, NARUTO UZUMAKI is my favourite
