Wow I honestly had a hard time trying to understand what you were saying. You really should read over what you write.....

Naruto's TBB is not better than all the jinchuriki's.....if you read carefully, he just hit his right under it so that it would force the direction of the blast upwards instead of toward them

So no....as for Kabuto, the man can outsmart Naruto, has insta heal, sage arts that could stun Naruto. He can also liquify himself like Suigetsu, and I remember Suigetsu being able to somewhat halt Bee in his tracks with that ability. His snakes can get huge, which means he could probably subdue the Kyuubi with them like the wood dragon.

This list is without Edo's, and everyone is in his prime. Kabuto is an exception as he makes them and isn't one himself (although he can't use Edo tensei anymore). I also had to put him on the list as I know many people would expect him to be on the list and their for.. flame.


1. Obito Uchiha
2. Kabuto: Edo army
3. Hashirama
4. Madara Uchiha: prime (non-edo) meaning he has no Rinnegan/Moukoton
5. BM Naruto
6. Nagato: Healthy
7. Itachi Uchiha: Totsuka Blade Yata Mirror
8. Mu
9. Third Raikage: Underrated
10. Minato

Couldn't find a place for Onooki in top ten would have been 11th place though, so I know I may get people saying why he's not on the list but after a long time of procrastinating, I decided Mu would be the stronger of the two. People who think Sasuke should be here, don't cry, he's just not strong enough to be in top 10-15, simply accept it.

LOL... Healthy Nagato beats Non edo Madara.
