Kabuto is noway top 10, because he perfected Edo Tensei? How about Tobirama? you know, the guy that actually invented that technique in the first place? smh.

2. We do not know who was in Tobirama's arsenal.

Also all Kabuto needs to do is clap his hands and summon 38 edo's after you. It does coun't as a 1v1 because its just another jutsu.

Kabuto perfected edo tensei, and with sage mode and power ups he's about unbeatable. He's easily top 3. If Madara didn't control Juubi, he'd be number 1.

Neither Obito or Edo Madara have been displayed controlling the Juubi on their own, so that doesn't count.

I am sorry but Kabuto solo's all with edo tensei seeing as how it is a summoning jutsu.
