Top Ninjas in Naruto

top 10 they are not in any order ...... Tobi(masked Obito),Minato,Naruto,Madara,Itachi,Bee,Nagato,Onoki and the dude wrapped in toilet paper 
take one spot together,Gaara, the third raikage.
The strongest nin of all time would be the sage of six paths right ?
Sasuke might get on the list when his true eternal mangekyo powers are shown (Sadly have not gotten to reading the manga yet so dont know if that has bin shown in it), Kakashi is awesome and srsly skilled but lacks a kage lvl trick like the others I named, if Shisui could use susano he would be on the list but i am not sure if he could or not, the second and forth mizukage along with kisame,Gai,Orochimaru,Hiruzen,third raikage,Jirijya,Hashirama and well all the jinchuriky could be on the list to but I think I summed it up nicely

10. Current Gai
*Pros: Strongest Taijutsu User, hirudora, asakuujaku.
*Cons: Defenseless against heavy ninjutsu opponents.
Overall rank: Mid Kage.
9. Current Kakashi
*Pros: Able to spam kamui constantly, extremely high battle intellect and high reserves
*Cons: Does not have natural uchiha body to match his sharingan, struggles against heavy ninjutsu.
Overall Rank: Mid-High Kage
8. Muu
*Pros: Invisibility, dust release, high speed flight
*Cons: Lacks the ability to fight more high level opponents such as top tier uchiha (Lost to Madara in his prime no diff)

*Pros: Tailed Beast Mastery, TBB, Variety
*Cons: Very low intelligence and strategy which gets in the way at the end

*Pros: Fastest next to naruto, Able to teleport tailed beast balls, Shiki Fuujin, strong barrier ninjutsu
*Cons: Lacks huge large range techniques, low arsenal overall.

4. EMS Sasuke
*Pros: Susano'o, Amaterasu complete mastery, Quickest Learner in Entire Series, Nature Release Mastery
*Cons: Another case of personality getting in the way, too reckless.

*Pros: Tailed Beast balls, Gargantuan Chakra, Fastest Shinobi next to Minato, Shape Transformation Mastery
*Cons: Low intellect, VERY reckless.

*Cons: Nearly nothing. Seemingly only defeatable by hashirama.

*Pros: Sage Mode, Practically the god of large range techniques to short range techniques, Able to overpower bijuu, and topple High-tier Uchiha at a very young age.
*Cons: Nearly nothing. Seemingly only equal is Madara.

Not close.
Hiruzen is barely top 30.
5 minutes.. Madara and Hashirama have god stamina. And I believe obito is on par with alive madara who can fight hashirama on an equal term (without sm obviously)
