I haven't made a non-edo list yet. & I only put Obito under them because they're edo.

If you're including edos than why isn't everyone tied. They might not all be the same power level but technically their's nothing they can do to each other they will just keep regenerating, with the exception of the edos that have seals that dosen't kill the user in the process like Itachi and Nagato.

That list is good in my opinion for a top 10 with edo's, where is your top 10 without edo's?

BM Naruto/EMS Sasuke > Itachi.
Itachi should be #10. #9 at the highest.
...and Obito should be right under Minato.​

Originally yes I would have put them under Itachi. I just didn't cause edo provides like unlimited chakra reserves.
