Pretty solid list. I like that you did one with no Edos.

I'd have been more generous with the Edo Tensei masters. Orochimaru could be a few spots higher.

Kabuto, IMO, is an uncontested number one. (as strong as Hashirama is, Kabuto commands a legion of dead legends.)

Seems alright, For me it'd be like this

1. Obito Uchiha - 6 Paths Jutsu, 6 Bijuu, Rinnegan, Mokuton, Kamui, Gedo Mazo / Hashirama Senju

2. Hashirama Senju/Obito Uchiha

3. Kabuto Yakushi

4. Madara Uchiha (Non-Edo) - EMS, Kyuubi, Susano'o

5. Naruto Uzumaki - BM, KCM, KCM Shadow Clones, Sage Mode, Uzumaki body

6. Minato Namikze

7. Nagato - Rinnegan, 6 Paths Jutsu

8. Orochimaru/Itachi Uchiha

Very good. I just believe that Itachi and Nagato should swich and Sasuke and Minato should switch. Either than that it's great list!

Itachi should be #10. #9 at the highest.

They couldn't beat "EDO" Itachi even if they teamed up right now, as Itachi would be able to substaind Susano'o with Yata Mirror, besides if they all took an IQ test Itachi's would be higher than Naruto and Sasuke's combine.
