People will call me crazy but naruto,nagato, and pain I believe are the strongest. I would rank so6p but we don't know much yet. As for harishama and madara and itachi. I feel like their legendary status hinders people to believe they are the best of the best. This includes so6p who a lot of people think is the all time best. I can see why but I just cannot put them above naruto nagato and pain. Maybe it's just my love for them. Well that's my opinion. Oh and I don't understand why a lot dislike minato being in the top. Honestly I think he can beat hashirama or madara 1 on 1. I wish he didn't die early. I think this list fits a dream in that the title of the show is naruto and nagato could be on par with so6p. I also put minato in that his praise in naruto and skills seem to outdo the previous hokages. Again my opinion. Thanks everyone!

I'll try to make a list too. It's my own opinion and you and/or Kishi could disagree and I respect that. Edo, using or being is restricted. And it's about being a better shinobi, calculating powerful jutsus, clever use of them, stamina etc. not only 1v1 capability. No hype (that's why there is no tobirama)
1.Obito (Yes obito.Since I'll be neglecting Edo, Kamui+Rinnegan+Senju DNA with the ability to use Izanagi makes current Obito a beast. And losing from Minato isn't an argument since he didn't have rinnengan back then, and he was pretty young)
2/3 Hashirama and Madara. (Now this kinda confuses me. Hashirama at his best beats EMS Madara but not a Madara with Rinnengan and Mokuton. The Problem is he had those in a really old age, so his stamina probably was in a really low level. Judge by yourself)
4.Nagato: (One shotting the most powerful village. Dying because he wanted to and needs 3 top-tier characters to get sealed.)
5.Naruto: (Perfect Jin with uzumaki chakra, and main character. He has shown lately that he is able to use intelligence and not just recklessly rush.Great speed, great stamina)
6..Sasuke: (Without Itachi's eyes {EMS} he wouldnt be top 10 in my opinion. But right now I think this is what he deserves. Susano'o and Amaterasu spam, no possible bilindness.)
7.Itachi: (He has shown an amazing amount of powerful moves and high intelligence. He really lacks stamina though, his moves are 1v1 oriented and he can lose his eyesight by overusing them or by using the Izanami/Izanagi.)
8.Muu: (Really Underrated character. He can fly , become completely undetected and invisible, split onto two equal halves and has Jinton that can turn stuff into dust.)
9.Minato
Yellow Flash of Konoha. Small arsenal of moves but insanely effective on using them.It is said we will see more from him, until then I think he isn't better than any of the above)
10.DSM Kabuto (Best Sage Mode, really good fighting skills and amazing analytical and strategical intelligence, probably one of the best on that matter. The thing is he has invested most in the Edo tensei , which I am excluding here because it would make everything complicated)
11-30 , slightly random order: Orochimaru, Kisame,Killer Bee,3-4Raikages,Danzo, Kakashi, Gai, Deidara, Gaara,Konan, Darui,Hiruzen, Sasori, Kakuzu, Jiraiya, Oonoki, Tsunade, Yamato, Hanzo
I don't really have time right now so if I forgot someone or you think I have a huge mistake somewhere please tell.

kabuto did better than oro imo but im not sure now that oro brought back the hokages, naruto is not yet demigod imo and nagato isnt as strong as madara, obito or hashi for sure

When people say top ninjas, they mean the most powerful ones usually. People this way exchange info and arguments and maybe one day we will have a top# most agree. Saying your top favorite characters is something different. It's just about taste and you don't even need to have reasons to like certain characters. This makes top10 favourite lists practically impossible to build conversations while top 10 lists based on power can build conversations (sadly though the comments you get most of the time are like: "TontonIsTheBest1234": omgomgomg !!1! Sakura higher than Tonton !!oneone! retard kid idittt lawl) That would be a different subject though.

Naruto and nagato doesn't have to be as strong as hashirama and madara to be in the demi-god tier, they just have to show demi god feat which they did. Nagato fought a whole village(one of the strongest) and levelled it while naruto fought 6- bijuus at a time defeating them. Both can level and evaporate a mountain of any size w/ ease. They both deserve to be in the demi-gods.
