I'm not avoiding KA, we don't know the restrictions or anything, nor do we know how it works when he uses it. Genjutsu can be avoided, specially if you keep them at a distance, and with sharingan users (Don't Make Eye contact).
Madara is overrated... Minato, Hiruzen and Tobimara would take him out, plus madara hasn't shown us feats that he can seal them away.

-sigh- It's HIS technique. So obviously the first one who should know the weakness of HIS technique is himself. He even said it himself "i'm the last person that should be restrained by this technique. It's mine after all". Funny thing is that he talked big, but still ended up restrained. Like Hashirama said himself, his senses dulled a lot since he didn't even notice Orochimaru could have strengthen the binding with Oro's cells only until the end. Minato we don't even know if he tried to resist or not since we don't see him on-panel being restrained, like we don't know if he was able to notice what Tobirama was incapable to notice

I hope you're joking. With the feats Tobirama has as of now its basically Minato and Hiruzen vs. Madara and we all know who wins that one. (Madara and it isn't even close).

Minato could hurt Third Raikage the same way he deflects a TBB: make a seal that teleports the Third into the stratosphere. That might or might not work.

I doubt he could get away with sheer power like Hashirama, although it's impossible to base it on that, giving that he never actually tried to get away hah!

Because he used his power to break free of Edo Tensei not some knowledge of the jutsu like some oddly believe. You do have a point with the bolded though.

Rinnegan lets him use the Six Paths Jutsu. One of those jutsu is the Human Path. Obito was about to use it on Yamato until he opted not to. Madara taught Obito the Six Paths Jutsu thus Madara can use them along with Human Path.

I seriously doubt it, by Kabuto's own words there was no modern shinobi who's might was even comparable to Hashirama's, that would include himself.shodaimeicon:

We can consider the Sage since we knew his powers & the scale of them although he technically predates the existence of shinobi, but we have no idea how powerful his sons were, sure; they were likely quite powerful but that does not necessarily mean they were stronger than Hashirama or Madara who are considered the greatest shinobi in the history of their respective clans which technically would include their ancestors; the Sons of the Sage.shodaimeicon:
