This isn't Kabuto so there is no use comparing the two, their Edo Tensei have shown to be different on multiple occasions.

So? That only goes for intel purposes. Its not going to make his Edo Tensei exactly like Kabuto's, which it clearly hasn't. Kabuto's Edo Tensei is still superior to Orochimaru's.

This is only the second time Oro has used Edo since his arms were sealed. If his Edos can jump from low power to Max power in just one try, it's safe to assume that Oro learned how Kabuto's Edo Tensei was such on a high level.

That's after they are summed the first time. As Hashirama can't even be controlled by Oro, he can't recall him, control him, or restrain his movements thus he can't summon him back a second time. So he can't use Hashirama in battle.
