Agreed for the most part, but I believe Muu and the Nidaime Mizukage are above the Sandaime Raikage, and that EMS Sasuke is above both Itachi and Minato. Also, BM Naruto isn't above Nagato.
So here's mine:
1) Hashirama
2) EMS Madara
3) Obito
4) Nagato
5) BM Naruto
6) DSM Kabuto
7) EMS Sasuke
8) Itachi/Minato
9) Muu/Nidaime Mizukage
10) Sandaime Raikage

Thats more then 10 bro..and the 3rd Raikage would own Muu and the other Mizukage

I would have put Mu instead of 3rd Raikage and switch Sasuke and Itachi, but besides that, great list

I agree 100%, but also keep in mind with all this story developing currently this list is subject to change. Some on the list are continuing to get stronger, particularly Naruto and Sasuke, and they are likely to both surpass everyone else on the list in the near future.

Kabuto is the strongest. He can summon Edo Madara and control him. Hashi isn't beating both Kabuto and Edo Madara at the same time.

I could put Tobirama down since he made Edo Tensei and it is his jutsu and he knows the flaws and cons of it then does that mean hes top 3 no.Madara broke out of it

I don't agree with Sasuke, nor Itachi...

I don't believe Sasuke has shown enough to beat Muu or Onoki... Itachi shouldn't be on that list imo!

One touch from Totsuka Sword and Sasuke gets sealed~Sasuke cannot move fast in Susanoo to avoid it...plus Itachi can get him with Genjutsu.Itachi is more skilled and adapt in battle then Sasuke

Sasuke could break tsukoyomi with 3 tomoe sharingan , and without fatigue or pain in EMS , just like madara(he is fast in Susano'o), sasuke can move about quite quick in EMS susano'o
Itachi's water style will only help Sasuke's Fire style , and Sasuke can spam Amaterasu and use Amaterasu flames as a sword and shield or too boost the defensive capabilities of his Susano'o , Totsuka isnt hitting Sasuke anytime soon , but Amaterasu sword could melt itachi's susano'o(mei melted Sasuke's) making Itachi defenseless and wide open

I agree with you list, however I think that minato should be 6, then itachi 7, Kabuto 8, sasuke (EMS) 9, and then 3rd raikage. good list man

Good argument...but it will take awhile to break out of Tsukuyomi and by then Itachi would of defeated him...since he doesnt like to toy around with his opponents eg Orochimaru and I believe since the Totsuka sword has sealing capability's he can just seal Amersterasu or use Yata Mirror to defend.Itachi wins in most scenarios which is why I placed him higher .Until Sasuke shows Perfect Susanoo of some sort and can efficiently use Genjutsu properly he will be just outside top 5
