Sasuke,3rd Rakage,Kakashi ect you know that Suigetsu isn't that strong so why mention him? ran out of bs to say? Dude he got knocked out by a tbb and any move around that power is definitely a insta kill.Also, he had water around the area so without that large supply of water mother nature granted him, that water monster would've never been that size.

My Top Ten Strongest,Does not include Tailed Beasts and or SO6P and his Sons.Based off what I personally think.No hate took me a while to write this up.Enjoy
#1- Senju Hashirama,"God Of Shinobi",Feared/Admired by Madara Uchiha himself,A Sage and leader of the Senju clan.Also possessed Mokuton which only he and him alone has mastered/perfected plus made the tailed beasts into his own pets and can control and suppress them..Also made Konoha and helped produced it.
#2- Uchiha Madara,"Second Six Paths",Rival with Hashirama Senju himself,Leader of the Uchiha clan and also possessed a wide range of Ocular powers.EMS etc .Only man to have stood a chance against Hashirama.Mastermind behind the plan to take over the Shinobi world was also a founder of Konoha along side Hashirama.
#3- Uchiha Obito,"Masked Man",Leader of the Akatsuki and mastermind behind the attack of The 9 Tails and Konoha,Also behind helping Uchiha Madara wage war against the Shinobi World,Range of Ocular Powers,skilled in space time techniques
#4- Uzumaki Naruto,"The Saviour",Rival with Sasuke Uchiha,Took down numerous Akatsuki members,Pain,Kakuzu etc and defeating resurrected Shinobi which included 3rd Raikage,some revived Jinchuriki and so on.Can control the 9 Tails at will which includes Kyubi Mode,Bjuu Mode.Naruto is also a sage like Hashirama and is only 16 and is ranked among the best of the best.Has variations of his signature technique "Rasengan".
#5- Uzumaki Nagato,"Third Six Paths" "Pain",Co Founder of the Akatsuki,Possessed the Rinnegan in which he has perfected and mastered.Destroyed Konoha village pretty easily with Pain,Defeated multiple Jinchuriki with Pain .Was also labelled as a "God" by the Hidden Rain Village and defeated Hanzo.
#6- Kabuto,A Sage and extremely skilled Medical ninja.Able to use Edo Tensei and is basically a more stronger version of Orochimaru..was also a profound Genius and a skilled spy going from village to village
#7/8- Uchiha Itachi,A genius and prodigy who hailed from the Uchiha clan,possessed Ocular Jutsu along side two legendary sealing items which are the Totsuka sword and the Yata Mirror that plus Susanoo made him have a strong attack and defense at the same time.Was also extremely skilled in Genjutsu..being able to manipulate time and was among one of the strongest in the Akatsuki.Sacrificed himself for the sake of the Village and the Shinobi world. Defeated Part 1 Kakashi and Orochimaru.Shares this spot with Minato who I place as equals.
#7/8- Namikaze Minato, "Yellow Flash",A genius and a prodigy who was titled the Fourth Hokage and was feared by other villages in his Era.Known for his amazing reflexes and speed plus space time techniques.Was also very efficient in techniques involving sealing etc.Defeated Obito and the 9 Tails while saving Konoha and defeated the Fourth Raikage fairly easily while being occupied with Bee,he also wasn't in any special clan and invented his own Jutsu like the FTG and the Rasengan.Placed as equal with Itachi.
#9- Uchiha Sasuke, Naruto's rival since the start of Naruto.A genius and Itachi's sibling.Possesses various Ocular powers evolving around his EMS.Battle smart and took down Deidara,(Sick) Orochimaru,(Sick/Let him win) Itachi,Danzo and beat Naruto (although Naruto had no intent to kill him and only wanted to prove as his equal) and.Only 16 and is ranked among the top.He also held his own against the Kage's.Sasuke fans are still waiting for that powerup to be equal to Naruto.
#10- 3rd Raikage,Couldnt think of anyone else to be ranked as number 10 but this guy is a complete tank.Able to tank a Rasenshuriken and take on the 8 Tails with pure combat.Hailed as the strongest Raikage ever seen and took on 10,000 shinobi for 3 days alone in order for his comrades to escape before collapsing from exhaustion.Has speed,power,strength all in 1 and a huge chakra pool.He is the top contender for spot number 10 until I see Tobirama in action more..since he is a Senju and Hashirama's brother.
Alot of thought went into this guys,would be great if you liked it.Your thoughts on this?and I put Naruto above Nagato purely because Naruto can beat him since Nagato's mobility speed etc lacks greatly where as Naruto doesn't

Itachi has two legendary sealing items,Sasuke doesnt but has EMS,Itachi is also far more skilled in Genjutsu then Sasuke and battle tactics thanks btwNice list although i think Sasuke should be above Itachi its still a nice list overall.Better than the ones i've seen today

Sasuke's Susanoo is a greater shield than Itachi's(minus Yata mirror) , Sasuke does not fatigue as easily as his bro , let alone MS , he does not feel pain using it whereas Itachi does, Sasuke cannot kill Itachi Directly , however the battle will always be , who can last the longest and that would be SasukeItachi has two legendary sealing items,Sasuke doesnt but has EMS,Itachi is also far more skilled in Genjutsu then Sasuke and battle tactics thanks btw

One touch from Totsuka Sword and Sasuke gets sealed~Sasuke cannot move fast in Susanoo to avoid it...plus Itachi can get him with Genjutsu.Itachi is more skilled and adapt in battle then Sasuke
