your list is just wrong. obito & his biju cant beat madara + kyuubi therefore by extension, he cant beat hashirama. hashirama beat madara in canon therefore he is higher than him.

tobirama & minato arent above nagato. hiruzen isnt top 10. your "proper list" is trash.

I personally have to say top ninjas and the ones who worked for it, not the ones who were given a tailed beast or some form of DNA boost. For one, Rock Lee has gotta be on my Top Ninja's for becoming very powerful with only one skill. Orochimaru for becoming very powerful and for achiving imperfect immortality as I call it and I appluad Shikamaru's brains. I'm not a fan of Shadow Jutsu and seeing how it isn't a bloodline limit, just a Nipdo or whatever you call them, but the way he uses them in contrast to his intelligance earns him a place on my top three Ninja. Come to think of it, they would make a very good team. Rock lee for close range, orochimaru for mid-range, Shika for long range and then finally, throw in a medical ninja, I'll choose Sakura. Simply because at a young age she has perfected inhuman strength and has high medical powers. Plus she killed one of my top three Akatsukis DX

We are talking here about how is the most acting like a ninja,not the means they took to have the strength necessary to accomplish the necessary tasks.Those who are working hard can be as much of top ninjas as those who were given powers.In this case,most shinobi with powers tnd to not act like one,but there is still the possibility for them to work it out with power.

A fight takes count of the weaknesses and strenght of oneself.Obito may have a shot at Hashirama if he has an efficient enough strategy.
