1- DSM Kabuto with edo tensei (nobody can solo 40 edos + kabuto's dragon sage mode)
2- Madara released from edo tensei (he's not a summon, he released himself from edo tensei)
3- Hashirama (last chapter confirmed he's the strongest hokage)
4- Obito ( I don't count his 6 paths since the paths were edos and they dissapeared when itachi released edo tensei)
5- Nagato ( I don't believe this healthy nagato thing, since crippled nagato + 6pop > young nagato lacky in experience)
6- BM Naruto ( He is the second fastest after minato, and he has larges amounts of chakra, he can do 4 BM clones)
7- EMS Sasuke (he lacks in feats but he has shown that he showed that his susanoo is bigger and stronger now)
8- MS Itachi (He's very powerfull and very smart, i don't putt him higher because of his low chakra reserves)
9- Minato (He's on par with Itachi, i think itachi is a lil bit stronger, FTG > any speed feat and he soloed obito + kurama)
10- Bee (He's very underrated, he owned taka and in his full bijuu form he was able to shot a TBB inside the juubi)
11- Tobirama (his only feat is to have very strong chakra and he's as hyped as hell)
12- 3rd Raikage (He tied with hachibi and he faced 10000 shinobis)
13- Orochimaru (he got his arms back, he just need to see how good is he with edo tensei now)
14- MS Kakashi (he has the fastest 1 shot killing technique in the NV, and he improved a lot with it)
15- Muu (I think he's overrated, he wasn't capable of doing much when he was bringed back, top 15 for me)
16- 2nd mizukage (trollkage, very strong, he was said to be equal with Muu)
17- SM jiraiya (very powerfull summons, frog genjutsu etc...)
18- Kisame fused with samehada (He had almost the same amounts of chakra that bee and very good with water)
19- 7th Gate Gai (his hirudora was able to break a whole susanoo)
20- Oonoki (another overrated character for me, his very good at ninjutsu but i don't think he's top 10 or 15)
