Edit: To avoid confusion, what I meant by my first statement was that Itachi deserves the spot under Nagato; not Minato.​

your list sucks and doesnt even go by naruto..it goes by your own favs ....i mean if it would be real then kabuto would not be number 5..xd Uchiha Inza

None can create the perfect list, but for sure many can create a good top 5, it's simple;

Well, I don't mind it. Better than a good number I've seen xd To be honest, a lot of the ninja in Naruto are to the point now where it's basically a matter of the single smallest detail to separate them :/

Well the thing is I don't really count edo tensei as his power. I was actually referring more to DSM Kabuto.

I mean it's different if all the shinobi he's controlling are doing it willingly but they aren't. It's like saying kurama was part of madara's power when he fought hashirama but he never tamed kurama, only controlled him
