2: Kabuto with Edo Tensei

3: Obito

4: Hashirama

5: Madara (Although he can defeat Obito)

6: Itachi

7 & 8: Naruto & Sasuke

9: Nagato

10: ???

I cant think about 10 but this is the actual top 10 list. Your list is kindaaa bad. No offence though.

2. Madara (dead) if he was alive he would of been taken down long time ago against the kages vs madara battle
3. Hashirama
4. Minato
5. Naruto
6. Itachi
7. Kabuto
8. Sasuke
9. Danzu
10. Tsunade

Tsunade isn't on there. Danzo isn't stronger than Tsunade, and he's also not on there.
Kabuto beats the majority with Edos. If he has edos, he's on par with Madara and Hashi.
Sasuke has surpassed itachi and minato (KCM does nothing for the char btw)
Naruto has surpassed minato.
Itachi was killed by Kabuto multiple times.
