Madara got defeated more than 3 times to hashi
hashi gets defeated by resurected , experimented, augmented , modified madara
obito lost countless times
Sasuke got defeated multiple times and have to rely on either team taka, obito ,orochimaru, and finally kabuto to bring him back from near death
naruto has lost countless fights.

But look at minato's victories
defeated 9 tail+ hashi cell infused obito
fought toe to toe with jubito
wounded but still fighting and haven't lost to rikudo madara yet.
Minato isn't defeated untill he is finally killed or sealed by others.

I don't think there is a perfect being in Naruto. ^_^ They all have flaws....also Minato suffered a defeat at the hands of Madara. >_O
