I didnt know Ino had any medical skills worth mentioning. Its pretty tough to come up with a good list lol there really aren't many relevant medical ninjas. And as for Hashirama, he probably does have a good amount of knowledge, you dont come up with a tech like that otherwise. You shouldn't dismiss him because he grew up before there was a medical system of the current level in place.
