All top list are wrong, becuase there is always someone either forgotten or misplaced.

For example, you have 2nd Hokage (tobirama) 3rd on your list, yet wouldnt you think that Younger Hiruzen would be stronger. Since the manga does call him the strongest Hokage in his prime?

YOu can never truely be right with top 10 list. There are always exceptions and uncertainties.

You are using characters that don't exist. There is no healthy Nagato, except befor yukiho died. Minato didn't have kmc while alive. Madara with rinnegan was an old cripple. Do however, love that you didn't include the sage and sons.
