DMS Kakashi :Intangibility ,Long range kamui
,Kamui raikeri ,Double teleportation ,portals ..etc

8th gate Gai: ability to continuously run at super Speed that even JJ madara can barely keep up with ,EE and Night moth ,unmatched taijutsu momovemts .

-There could be some exchanges but those are definitely top 5 without avatars excluding kaguya's family .
-Adult Sasuke can't use CT with one arm as it requires clapping his hands .I also don't give him or Madara Nagato's Shinra tensi so he is left with only Ameno,preta path ,Amatrasu ,enton,Lightening attacks and portals .he can't be placed above anyone I mentioned above .Even War arc Rinnegan Sasuke is still below those five .
-I considered Hashirama's Buddha and Wood Golem to be avatars .if not then he might replace someone in top 5 and he is definitely top 6 .

Where's the scan stating Sasuke need to clap both hands together for CT? Hand signs are nothing more than a way to build/form and stabilize chakra. Sasuke use to form three and four hand signs using both hands for chidori and Katon jutsu. Now they are all being done with one hand.. he can even perform clones with one hand..
You fail to realize CT is A Rinnengan jutsu, meaning he only need his eyes.. nothing else.

I just wanted to note that The distance between Madara and Gai is obviously bigger than that between kaguya and Naruto .
Good point about Gai's speed being continues .Shunshin also requires gathering chakra in the foot while Gai's momovemts doesn't .that is why Shunshin can't be even used to evade very fast attacks without preparation even if your speed while shunshining is fast enough to do so .RSM Naruto's Shunshin is far faster than Sasuke's striking speed yet he couldn't evade Sasuke's chidori with Shunshin after he teleported behind him even though he reacted physically .it is simply because he couldnt prepare his Shunshin at this frame of time .that is one thing that people always forget about Shunshin .

Every time Nagato ,Madara,Hagromo or Sasuke used CT ,they clapped their hands to initiate the attraction force of the core .When Sasuke displays the ability to use CT with one arm then I would simply agree but until then I can't give it to him .

Every time anyone used shadow clones they put both fingers together but Sasuke.. like I said you fail to realize CT is a Doujutsu, only eyes are needed..

Yeah sasuke was shown to use some ninjutsu with one hand which raise the possibility of him still being able to use CT by somehow. ut that wasn't shown in manga yet.but yeah you are probably right .
