Top five characters with best reaction time.

So there are some characters who could react to be being blitzed and here they are:

Minato:He has the best reflexes of anyone in the entire manga as shown in these scans:

Then there's Naruto who has shown even more impressive reflexes:

Next up is Killer Bee whose entire fighting style involves having perfect reflexes and reaction time but this is one of his feats:

I thought itachis reaction time is by far the best and fastest when he tanked kirin.

Sasuke should be on there since he dodged bee and the raikage since Minato (he was logically second).
