I had a hard time only picking five out of the entire Naruto series, but here's what I think are some of the best... (in no particular order)

Sasuke vs Itachi

Naruto vs Pain

Jiraiya vs Pain

Minato vs Tobi

Orochimaru vs Hiruzen Sarutobi

I know there are many great fights yet to make it to the anime from the manga, and probably several others that deserve to be in the top five. But I'm curious what you think...
