Hashirama- that's the impression i got, mokuton master, probably water and earth, infinite darkness, had a weapons scroll and a kinjutsu scroll

without any particular order. their experience, fighting ability, and rank are all excellent (well sasuke is still a genin, but he'd be ranked much higher)

How is kakashi at 8 he known as the famous copy ninja i dont member oonoki as being great in nothing.. kakashi is way smarter than ibiki, tsunade and as much more battle exp etc

Kakashi lacks stamina.

Gai obiously lacks Ninjutsu.

Well that dont make bee more complete than tobi.. As far as we no bee and naruto are runing for their lives right now.. Tobi seem way smart and as much stronger justu than both of them right now

I think complete means strong jutsu, intelligence, knowledge of many types of jutsu, and no glaring weakness.

Ranking ninja is something I don't like to do, after all some ninja might be stonger but still be beaten by a weaker ninja because the match up favors the weaker ninja.

Plus Itachi is the best, it's not really even close. No one that is stronger than Itachi is smarter than Itachi; no one that is smarter than Itachi (if anyone) is stonger.

I think Gai is incomplete as far as what we know about him. We know about his taijutsu yeah, but he's also supposed to be skilled with ninjutsu and genjutsu but we haven't seen it yet.

Enuff itachi hes dead tobi is obviously the man with the mistry the man that is controling 6 tail beast. Hes even smart enuff to reach this far with his plan...
