keep in mind it's not bout strongest + this is just my opinion .... and it's all based on feats
no 7 would be minato ...... the way he handled the situation back then at the time of naruto's birth was awesome
no 6 hashirama ..... same feat but greater scale pretty badass
no 5 kabuto ........ despite the loss to trollanami .. the way he faught against uchiha bros was fu**kin scary and badass
no 4 madara ...... back then in his edo mode he was quite badass ..... too bad now he is just a punching bag
no 3 pein ...... his 2nd name should be badass ... the way he talks .. the way he destroys konoha ... he was fu*kin epic
no 2 obito ..... as tobi, he was badass ..... though when he removed his mask , ppl started complaining ...
but then agin as juubi jin he was pure awesomeness
wrecked hokages ..... alomost destroyed the entire shinobi alliance with 4 tbbs ...
no 1 would be naruto ..... though many ppl will disagree cuz he is often doing stupid things..
sometimes can't be taken seriously ...
but when he goes badass mode .... he is just on another league
