In any case. I personally think Obito's MS is the top one. Kamui is so overpowered. Genjutsu is great and all, but considering that there are various ways to get around it or avoid it, I say Kamui takes this.

You have so much flaws in your post.

First of all, in Shisui's part I mean "very useful and versatile, just like my comment on Obito's". I just realized how my comment there could be misinterpreted.
Secondly, I can take a "hit to the ego"; if you think something's wrong, just say it. I don't agree with you, as shown in my post; tell me why I'm wrong. Because if you don't, I'm going to assume that you don't have any reason as to why I'm wrong, and simply want to be right for the sake of being right. I want to "be right" in a sense that others can share their opinions, and tell me why they think the way they do; perhaps I'll agree and say "yeah, I guess Itachi's is stronger", or maybe we'll remain at odds. However, I will never reach such a point if all you say is that my post is flawed; if anything, it is your post which is flawed.

the totsuka blade and the Yata mirror is something itachi added to his Susano, those 2 Overpowered iteams diden't just spawn with it... (prof of this is when Itachi got Edo'ed and used his susano vs Nagato and his Susano diden't have em) (it also says in the Viki that he found them)

which means that Itachi only have the Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi, so both Sasuke and Madara's Susano are superior to Itachi's.

and then we can discuss about obitoes MS being inferior, I might agree that with just 1 of the abilities they are pretty close, but when you combine em... and this is not taking in the fact that there will most likely be a powerup when both eyes are wielded by a Uchiha...

and you are saying that Shisui's is nr 4... is this a joke?

If I wore to make the list it would look like this:

Nr. 6. Izuna's Mangekyo Sharingan. (for the sole reason that we do not have any intel on it)

Nr. 5: Itachi Mangekyo Sharingan. (Itachi only have amaterasu, tsukuyomi and Susano. and even though Itachi is better at using Tsukuyomi dosen't make Sasukes tsukuhyomi bad, sure Sasuke is not as good as using it as Itachi, but they still both have the ability)

Nr. 4: Sasuke Mangekyo Sharingan. (Sasukes Susano have the same abilities as itachi's susano, but also have the deadly Bow + Blaze release so it's way superior to Itachi's (not only is it better at protecting him, It's also a better offensive Susano) and unlike Itachi Sasukes Susano spawns with it's weapons, where Itachi's noes not) (was the bow added before or after Sasuke gained EMS? well it does not matter if it was after Sasukes Susano is still superior do to blaze release, was it before it's wastely superior)

Nr. 3: Madara Mangekyo Sharingan. (perfect Susano beats imperfect Susano) (it also say in the data book that you need to have Ametarasu and tsukuyomi to be able to unlock Susano...) soo..

Nr. 2: Shisui Mangekyo Sharingan. (KA could one shot any of the other MS users, sure it's a 10 years cooldown, but still it is superior) and sins there is always 1 ability pr eye, it's not just KA, but KA + something else.

Nr. 1: Obito Mangekyo Sharingan. (with the defensive kumui Obito can't be damaged and with the offensive kumui he can instantly oneshot any of his opponents by targeting the head or the chest. And the offensive Kumui can be spammed unlike KA) so it is superior.

It's debatable whether his eyes are top 3 or not, he does have some good techs, but obito has really OP tech in his. I would say it could be third in the list, of course kamui and KA are 1 and 2, which Obie is which is debatable IMO. But madara could potentially take that third spot. It's kind of a tricky trying to rank them, and kinda pointless if you ask me.

I'm sorry to say this (not really) but it's not debatable if Itachies MS abilities are top3 or not, they clearly aren't.

but obito has really OP tech in his. of course kamui and KA are 1 and 2, which Obie is which is debatable IMO.

(we both agree that Shisui and Obito's eyes are superior, in what order dosen't matter that much) so now the question is:

Is itachies MS abilities superior to madara's or sasukes? and right of the bat I can say: No they are not, I don't even have to talk about Madara's Abilities, because Sasuke have the same Abilities Itachi have + Blaze release and the deadly Bow. (so just looking at Sasuke Itachi is already pushed down to the 4'th spot) which means that Itachi is either at the 4'th or the 5'th spot, where 5'th is the last spot of the known MS abilities.

And I would say you are wrong, do to the fact that Sasukes MS Abilties are superior to Itachi's (sasuke have the same tecniques + 2 others, the fact that itachi can use tsukuyomi better dosen't matter when sasuke can use tsukuyomi too + 2 other abilities)

I personally don't feal it's tricky, I see it as pretty strait forward, the only think I see that could make it tricky is that we haven't seen Izuna's MS abilities so we can't accurately place him on the list (but I would be surpriced if it wasen't better than Itachies) other than that, the different powergaps of the abilities make it pretty strait forward to rank them, in my opinion.

I also find it funny that the Character people find most OP is actually the MS user with the weakest MS abilities. (atleast when you compare them to the other known MS abilities)

Again I must disagree with you, if we can't compare abilties to each other how could we ever know who could beat how?
