You almost got me but Green Bull is only an Admiral and an admirals power varies. He could stronger than Fujitora or weaker for all we know. Kaido is a younko and Doflamingo fears the man. The Gorosei even ordered Kaido to attack Old Whitebeard. Thats something to go on. There is NOTHING about Green bull though.

Then just put him at the very bottom of the admiral level fighters. He clearly is admiral level since he is an Admiral.
