This is a top 50 strongest One Piece character thread that can be changed by the opinions n' suggestions of the masses. Like a democratic voting session as you can say. Example:
Name: Aokiji Kuzan
Previous Placement: #12
Suggested Placement: #9
If 3 people in total say this, it'll change Aokiji's placement until 4 others vote him down.
Of course, I'll start things off with my list as a framework. Be warned however, accuratly placing One Piece characters is DIFFICULT. Its so tricky that I lost my patience and said "yolo" and finished the list off my gut so expect placements that would probably make you say "b*llsh*t." Well, I guess thats why its a majority vote type of deal right?
Quick Note: Only the old versions of Rayleigh and Sengoku are being listed as we don't know how strong they were in their prime and thier isn't enough hype to back them up.
