Well Kabuto was already as skilled as Part I Kakashi, but yes with a little snake skin he became capable of nearly soloing a war with Edo Tensei

Sadly Nagato's character was ruined by losing the origionality of his Rinnegan.

Danzo was already extremely strong....probably the best Wind Style user in the manga. I'd replace him with Madara. As from the time he and his brother were born they quickly rose in the ranks, quickly got MS and then he finally got EMS. Immediatly on his rebirth he has become the strongest character except Maybee the So6P

i only stick to facts ,not flaming a particular character for no reason

but you did miss one main point his chakra was able to suppress 9 tails which itself is great deal ....
Sage mode was not because of 9 tails he trained and 9 tails actually was more harmful to him than useful first

And Naruto tamed him which was not even achieved by previous jinchuuriki's.......
Naruto was able to KM and BM because he Kuruma was acknowledging him for his hard work......

Thanks to Tsunade she have dangerous power now though she can't use it properly and she was weak before meeting Tsunade. Without Tsunade she can't really learn anything on her own.

So she's both weak and useless.

1.Nagato:He was an normal uzamaki but Madara implanted rinnegan to his eyes at birth .Nagato become godlike with rinnegan and his high chakra reserve
2.Obito:Fodder uchiha with 2 tomoe but when he met madara he got senju dna ,wood release,MS and knowledge of all jutsu from madara genjutsu
3.Naruto :Kurama was implanted him after birth but he could not use kurama power till he got training from killerbee.After Naruto training he got a piles of power up going his way(KM,BM)
4.Kabuto:Skillful but average ninja.He was consider to be at kakashi level (without MS) base on skill.Kabuto injected various ninja dna into himself along with having orichimaru arm to give him snake mode (which evolve to dragon sage mode)
5.Danzo :Average ninja with out inmplanted senju dna,sharingan eyes and shiusi eye .Danzo become very power ninja in very short time.

nagato isnt weak , obito isnt weak , naruto isnt weak , kabuto isnt weak , danzo isnt weak , none of your list is legit in your own thread.

Same Top 5 but Kakashi should be noted as he probably garnered many Justus after he obtained the sharingan
