2. Pre 8th gate Gai, people are forgetting he broke Madara's Susano at weakened base
3. Kakashi without sharingan
4. Iruka, it took KCM Naruto to break out of his barrier thingy
5. Tsunade, she is overrated by stupid fangirls/fanboys but some people think Neji can beat her :|

I don't think Kabuto is underestimated. People generally understand that very, very few people can go up against a Sage and an Edo Tensei legion at the same time.
