sakura-chan is by farrrrrr the most underrated. she's selfless, heroic and funny but still gets bashed all the time, she's the exact opposite of the brutal sociopath that is itachi. he's so fuked up that he was going to enslave his own brother's free will to serve konoha against his will forever.

( he has the sage mode with Powerful summons , Sound genjutsu and Massive rasengan even his hair is a deadly weapon .. he is minato and nagato sensei ) people underrate him becahse 6 path of pain beat him when he didn't know the secret of pain only in the end of the fight ..
2 - Sasori - this guy was a Powerful shinobi you can't react to his puppets movement unless you are a puppet master and genjutsu doesn't work on him
3 - Tobirama - the guy created ET and has FTG has also darkness jutsu and extreamly Poweful shinobi with Water Element
4 - Suigetsu - now this guy is underrated he is hard to kill and talented with the weapons like sword and powerful water element user as well
5 - Orochimaru - the guy toyed with 4 tailed kyubi with a weak body and people underrate him alot because itachi beat him but the fanboys forget that Oro wants itachi body without wound so there is no kill intention thats why he didn't use ET when he met itachi , Also his body is almost immortal he is very hard to kill and even his tounge is a deadly weapon like jiraiya , in part 1 he destryoed huge trees by his tounge when he fought anko and he is talented with the sword as a weapon
