No other Uchiha has show Kotoamatsukami, does that mean it isn't Uchiha? Hell it even requires the Chakra of an effing Senju guy to recharge properly

Im not hating the technique at all. Its wonderful. A fantastically formed technique. But I thought even though it meant something to them, doesn't mean its invented by them or strictly an Uchiha technique or something. I figured the SOSP maybe invented that jutsu to be honest. lol But still, that doesn't change the fact that anyone who has an affinity for the Fire Element can use that tech. Thats all Im sayin bro.

Well the Sage was the one who created ninjutsu, so it wouldn't surprise if he could pull out fire ball jutsu. Yeah, Kakashi and a few other ninjas know the technique. Which was disturbing because i thought it was only a Uchiha Clan move.

lol I dig it man. But I seen like some random nin use it against Pain when he was attacking the village. lol Not to mention Im sure the Sarutobi clan can use it. and probably many others. But Maybe its just something that the Uchiha Clan are more adept at than others. I still wouldnt consider it strictly like one of the "Uchiha"" techniques. you know?
