1) Sasuke and Naruto still have power Development -
Sasuke is the 2nd Most in Important Character in Naruto. As that him saying This
Could mean a Final Fight may happen, Now why would we want to see them fight again?
Sasuke Saying That His Rinnegan true power has get to be seen.
( In the Vid translation, 9 Tails is the one saying that.)
As for Naruto? He still only has half of 9 tails, so he will gain the other half as well as mastering FTG
Yes and there more Saga Mode, Double Rinnagen, Ect, Ect
This may explain why Kishi didn't make this fight longer ass well.
2) Orochimaru -
Yes The First Real Villain of Naruto. How could people still think he on the Good side after this?
You can tell Orochimaru was ready to take Sasuke Eyes out.
Do you think Orochimaru is just going to walk around free after all the killing he done?
He trick The sand to Attack the Left which cause Countless of death on both side.
He will get a ending as a character. Maybe after he done Taking Madaras Eyes.
3) Madara
Madara Dead? Come on! I won't be Surprise if at the Last chapter we see Madara Just standing there looking at the leaf Village, whit a evil smile, Something that Kishi did here. At the end fight from Naruto and Sasuke
He was watching everything from the starts, Madara can and Will use Izanagi, To come back life. This is why Kishi didn't give him a Proper ending. Because his character has not ended.
Now what will Madara Do Now? Get all the Tail beast Again and Pray he don't get One shoted by a Black Shit?
No - He will try to do infinite Tsukuyomi, But not the same way as Before.
The Ten Tail is seal In the Moon. ( Well a Big portion of it is) That the only thing that Madara need to Active Infinite Tsukuyomi Now that he as his Rinnagen. So how will get to the moon? He won't the moon will get to him
The Moon is falling To Earth? More like the ten Tails is falling To earth.
The movie is just a set up for Madara returning to Naruto Part 3
Madara may still be Weak form transferring all the Tail Beast at once, and may be like that for Days or even a Years, That why there a Time Skip For Naruto. Naruto The Last Is just Setup for Madara.
