You still go by the fact that Kakashi has more feats since he has Kamui and Perfect Susanoo, and now he can pull something so strong as Kamui + Perfect Susanoo = Space-Time Susanoo feats. You are going to complain that it was Obito who gave him the Sharingan and chakra, but then again what about Hagoromo who gave half of his power to Sasuke? But even though Sasuke couldn't do a shit to Kaguya, and what does it takes for Sasuke to fight Kaguya alone? Naruto was able to pull it off, while Sasuke wasn't there. Naruto fighting Kaguya and Sasuke the decoy, his only way is to seal Kaguya by the help of his Rinengan, that's all.
