Sasuke may be slightly above Sakura, but women deserve to be first. And she married Sasuke so she gets half of everything , including his power.
Sakura was easily immune to toneri's tensigan genjutsu, despite Naruto being a perfect host and Hinata having a byakugan.
And Sakura has shown to fair better against shin, also blame the databook, her and Sasuke are equal in h2h combat, and her chakra levels and regen puts her above most. Not to mention that she doesn't go all out to fight along side Naruto and Sasuke .

Sasuke is just strong

Sarada genjutsu prowess is a 4 already, Sasuke with a much weaker genjutsu was able to suppress Kurama. Sasrada rolls her eyes at Naruto and Kurama is shut down.

Naruto is also strong

Tsunade is retired
