4. Ay

Lightning Armor combined with a bodybuilder physique could deliver powerful punches. Since mass and force is multiplied by velocity. And Ay is pretty fast.

5. Rock Lee

In 6th Gate he should be able to deliver devastating punches, especially in combo.

This, we can clearly see that Guy and Obito's hand hit Madara at exactly the same spot on his back, Guy broke Madara's bones while Obito's hand pierced right through Madara's heart.
