Top 5 strongest people in Naruto (Part 1)

At the end of part 1 we didnt know what Kisame, Itachi or Jiraiya was capable of so based on part 1 facts who was your top 5? For me it was

Naruto (one tail) or Sasuke (cm2)
Rock lee (gates)
Jiraiya
Itachi
Orochimaru

I understand i down rated Itachi but at that time he only showed Tsukiyomi and not much else i really thought Rock Lee could blitz anyone seeing how surprise Kakashi and Neji was at the chunin exam not to mention Gai is Lee's sensei and knows how to counter the sharingan (at that time) Also Itachi and Kisama both retreated against Jiraiya to have them seem weaker than him. I look at Naruto and Sasuke as even at this time evn though Rock Lee was said to not being able to use his gates i still added him to the list since he used it in part 1 something Gai failed to do but if he did he would be number 1 on the list.

4.kakashi or jaraiya (underrated at this point but was still strong)
