Top 5 Strongest Kages

The strongest kages of all time would have to go

1. Hashirama - Hes the most powerful shinobi to ever live besides the so6p

2. Hiruzen - Hes known as the god of shinobi and he knew every jutsu of the leaf village

3. Third Raikage- He fought 10000 shinobi alone as well as the 8tails

4. Muu/Secong Mizukage- Two extremely strong ninja who killed each other in battle making them equal

5 .Minato- FTG makes him almost untouchable with incredible speed

IMO hashirama is stronger than hiruzen even though hiruzen's prime is hyped up so much, because hiruzen was the greatest hokage meaning he was a better village leader and well accustomed to making decisions for a village. For example he knew every jutsu of the leaf, meaning he could pass it on to the next generation. Hashirama is a more powerful shinobi, while hiruzen was a better hokage at passing on the will of fire.

We don't know who the strongest of all time where. We only know who where strongest of their own time, that is Hiruzen, Minato and Hashirama.

Hashirama might be the strongest of all time unless there is a twist where Madara actually killed Hashirama and created the illusion of tobirama... (some interesting theory I heard somewhere here on the narutardbase...)

My own list based on gut feeling..

1. Hashirama
2. Pain/oro(with edo, else not on the list)
3. Minato/Hiruzen
4. Second Raikage/third Raikage
5. Muu/Second Mizukage (strong abilities, but it does not seem logical to me to put them at front of those who can to dodge and counter, naruto and gaara have shown this in action )

It is not my theory.. It was some old post here by someone else but I don't think it went popular because of spamming no jutsu by everybody else... I doubt I will find it again :/ sry.. :shrug:
