Jura could probably solo sabertooth if he beat Orga with one punch, the only formidable opponent would be Minerva but she isn't all that strong compared to Laxus and Jura, also Lyon tied with Kagura and shes more or less Minerva lvl
Hades could pretty much solo FT, why Hades lost against FT: because they were on tenroujima and had the protection of the tree, his heart was destroyed (and even after that he could have kicked their asses) and when the tree was repaired all FT members regained their strength if all those coincidences wouldn't have happened than FT could not have defeated Hades, not to mention many of them would have died ... Hades was toying around with Makarov like he was nothing
how is mermaid below lamia if Lyon tied with Kagura who is by faaaaaaaaaaaar the strongest in mermaid and Jura outclasses Lyon completely, also Jura one shotted Orga which means he could do the same to stink, rogue and rufus ... all thats left is minerva and shes about Kaguras lvl and Lyon isn't that far of from Kaguras lvl, overall Minerva is stronger than Lyon but Jura is still in there
