So I made it regarding my own opinions. And don't people make top 10 naruto characters lists all the time? So yeah

Bills doesn't qualify feats, he not even universal, anyone on the list can collapse multiple universes along dimensions via reality warping, or words/thoughts alone, and can even create universes with words and thoughts alone....

omnipresence (exist everywhere), infinite speeds, massively FTL (elder god demonbane being millions of times FTL) and hax notable abilities, bills doesnt slightly compare to these people, who can bend all forms of reality and erases people from existance on an atomic level. And can do many more then that, read the OP for more details..

But an upset Bills can make a galaxy disappear in an instant!? An upset Bills is multi galaxy level so Imagine if Bills was full on angry and bloodlust while showing his full power? He would be above galaxy level?

Bills is also massively FTL and i suppose that the characters you mentioned emit energy? Well, energy is useless against Bills so he has to be one of the strongest Anime character because most characters have and use energy.

There are countless other characters that are multi galaxy level and even universal level+ and I didn't add them, these guys are can outright bust and create collection of universes combined ...

He needed whiss's help to FTL travel and it's relitively slow since it took 26 minutes, which seemed a couple of light years. And the characters I mentioned are beyond the necessity of speed due to reality warping and having somewhat omnipresence and infinite speed, and can technically make them as fast as they want via reality warping and teleport where ever they want across universes and Multiverses. The three in the list are omnipresent.

Well, energy is useless against Bills so he has to be one of the strongest Anime character because most characters have and use energy.

Well it isn't needed when u can bend all forms of reality on mulitversal scales, the number five on my list, Eucliwood, killed immortals by saying the word "die" her powers are incredibly broken, whatever she speaks happens, and has to wear an armour to conceal her powers due to there's no telling what level of damage she might cause.

And number 4 on the list can time manipulate, and collapse universes, is the ultimate observer and decides what should exist and what shouldn't, she rejected neoin a dude who absorbed limitless univeres, and controls reality on a quantum scale. There's no need for energy when she can reverse the time to where bills doesnt exist, or collapses multiple univeres onto him.

And number 2 LON created Countless universes just because she was bored..


Bills also has a physical body and a mind, which is a heavy limitation, any high tier reality warper or omnipotent can simply stop his brain from functioning, or tear him on a molucular level. Rip his atoms out, negate the bodily function.

using energy does not mean someone who can "negate" energy beats you. it means you need only use something else. like transmutation, reality warping and mindrape.

Potentially he can be added on the top 10, but even so he's below the , and the number 5 eucliwood Has highly broken reality warping feats, since eucliwood herself can kill immortal beings with a single word saying "die", her mere words alone bend any forms of realism and concepts, she comminucates useing a notepad since anything she says happens, since her words alone can take anyone's life. Can Bypass immortality, and grant other people amd herself immortality Lel. reality warping is so high that her words are alone are string of fate, has quantum level reality warping, high level cosmic intelligence or possibly nigh omniscient, omnimagic, decides what exists and what doesn't, needs a highlevel seal on her because simply walking without her powers concealed can cause damages to an unknown extent.

anyone with strong level of reality warping can supposedly kill noein. Potentially the number five can be above haruka or even Demonebane, the only reason being she lacks supposed feats. And some limitations.
