Sasuke does anything for personal gain.
Sakura was willing to do anything to be with Sasuke,she then tried to stop him alone and took out 4 other Ninja to make sure she faced him alone. Had it not been for her doing this crap,Sasuke would have been dead back then.
Kabuto has always acted for his own interests secretly. He's been plotting the whole time to fulfill his ambitions.

1.Orichimaru :He capture people for his own experiment to make himself stronger or perfection.He obsess with the uchiha clan.He try to get itachi eyes and fail in 1 sec ,then try with sasuke and fail again.
2.Elders anzo and the elders wanted thee uchiha clan wipe out.Danzo take the uchiha eyes and shusi eyes for his own selfish reason (obtain the ninetails fox from naruto and he hated/fear the uchiha)
3.Sakura:She alway wanted sasuke since the start of the show.She made naruto wanted to hunt sasuke down because of his promise.Sakura also use sleeping powder to stop konoha 11 from reaching sasuke location while sasuke was fighting danzo.Sakura could not of kill sasuke because she was obsess with him.
4.Dediara envy Itachi .Dediara try to advance his eyes to suit itachi own.While fight dediara fight sasuke ,he did not wanted to lose to him.He therefore kill himselve as an denial that the uchiha was better than him
5.Karin she alway want alone time with sasuke.As we saw in manga 574 ,she have a prtrait of sasuke.Karin alway got pleasure when sasuke bite her .
